SILink is a semantic intelligence platform offering (1) AI conversations (Xiao Yu / Atlas); (2) semantic analysis and reports; (3) cross-cultural naming and brand consulting; (4) China enterprise intelligence and compliance verification. Based on Semantic Structure Theory + enterprise database.
Who are Yi Lian and Atlas?

Yi Lian is SILink's Chinese AI assistant · focuses on semantic analysis, cultural interpretation, China market understanding. Atlas is the English AI assistant · focuses on cross-cultural analysis and international business intelligence. Both run on the same underlying model · auto-switch based on your language.
Account & Login
How do I register?

No password needed. Just your email. We send a 6-digit code to verify · then you're in. Subsequent logins also use email codes or Magic Links.
How to change UI language?
+
Top-right dropdown supports 10 languages: Chinese / English / Japanese / Korean / Spanish / French / German / Russian / Arabic / Portuguese. You can also save language preference permanently in My Account → Settings.
Payment & Subscription
What payment methods are supported?

We use Stripe · supports Visa / Mastercard / Amex / UnionPay (partial) / Apple Pay / Google Pay. Alipay / WeChat Pay for Chinese users not yet supported (planned).
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Go to My Account → Current Subscription → Cancel. After cancellation you keep access until period end, then auto-downgrade to Free.
Are refunds available?

Yes. One-time products: 7-day no-questions-asked refund / 30-day quality guarantee. Subscriptions: first-month refund if unused / annual plans full refund within 30 days, prorated 30-90 days. See

Product Use
How long until I get my semantic report?

AI-generated products (V-1 Character Fortune, V-6 Name Analysis) · delivered within 1 hour after payment. Expert-level products (H-3 Corporate Naming, H-5 Strategic Consulting) · require expert review · delivered in 1-3 business days.
Can I use SID reports commercially?

Yes, but note: (1) AI-generated naming should be paired with trademark searches; (2) Semantic analyses are reference services · pair with professional consulting for major decisions; (3) See

Privacy & Security
Will my conversations be used to train AI?

No. We use a commercial-grade AI inference service · your conversations are not used for training. We at SILink also do not use your private conversations to train models (we may use de-identified statistics to improve service quality).
How to delete my account and data?

Submit a deletion request via
